Hey Bender, hope youre feeling better by now! Heh-a month ago I got dumped over the phone too...really sucks I know, but it seems like after having been down for awhile everythng turns out even more beautiful on the way up, right!

Things been gettin better lately - I've been spending HEEPS of time getting to know myself, using healing time to just be alone, without the roles that are imposed on us when in a group. The peace has helped immensely.
I need not have to attend hospital every week for the physio/hydrotherapy, though i am beginning to notice some pain whenever the metal contracts at different rate in very cold outdoors conditions.
much peace and endorphins to youse all during the easter long weekend, however you choose to spend it!

Sadly I do think metal interferes with internal energy, I pray that there are ways around the blockage, cus a lil bit of extra universal energy never hertz.
