Just a quickie to say thanks to everyone involved for a FAB jolly today (and yumpitous crepes, sarnies and brownies!!). Any chance it can be a regular (monthly?) throughout the summer?

Met some lovely people, learnt some new moves and realised just how many really good spinners there are out there.

Hope the HoP photo came out OK and that you get it posted sooooon - is there any way of labelling it so we can start putting names to faces?

Big thankyou again!

Noods

Hi all, just lookied in today and realised I haven't been around for a while. I wasn't anywhere near as social as I should have been, and feel really bad for it now. I think I spent most of the event horizontal. To those members of the family I met, it was nice to meet you all, and I have to say a big thankyou to that larger than life orange person and mr PK for looking after me so well.
1 and 5 on the photo are freinds of mine
1= Tian
5= Northen Paul

OK. Now a plug (to save Sy from embarresment) Theres a fundraiser going on this sunday at endcliffe park at about 1pm. Our mate Sy (who for some reason doesn't post here) promised the services of a group of spiners - so if anyones up for it (do I have to grovel?). I think its a pretty cool idea, but if theres a party saturday night, I wonder if the poor bloke who organised the event knows what he's getting himself into

C@ntus - good too see you finally, Its been wierd not having you float about somewhere
Ros - nice to meet you too, sort of
Cass - I'm sorry I didn't talk to you more, and thanks for the eyes thing, it made me blush
Thistle - really good to meet you again, its been too long
PK - thanks for saving me, I still owe u a night on the beers (or something like that)
Kato - good to see u as always you and PK really impressed my freinds from the south (full on slack jaw flycatcher stylee! )
Noona - Nice to see u out of that cast and crazy as ever!
Everyone I met hwho's name I've scince forgotten - thanks - it was a great day - I'll make it my quest to meet more people next time.

Just looked at Drew's pictures............ I'm sad now. I WANTED TO GO!!!! ......

Can miles truly separate us from friends? If we want to be with someone we love aren't we already there? If there is someone willing to show, and there is someone willing to see; magic happens. This is whem humans are alive. This is when the wingless fly.

lolli, nah! I'm not a show off. Really! Ok, maybe a bit There's got to be plenty of possible innuendoes and captions for that photo, but I resisted!

Chains, is that a recent thing with Cyberdog. I ask as PK, Kato, Noona, Spikey Rich, Glass, Cassandra and myself had a random spinning session in there on the Friday before PiP. Wonder if that triggered it. But £4.25 an hour!?!?

I will be outgoing and mad next time...
I will make sure I'm not totally sober so that I have the courgage to walk up to all u brilliant spinners!

Well look out for the mad woman in the pink and white hat hitting herself cause she cant seem to get it right and dont be afraid to walk up to me saying
'xcuse me but what are u trying to do?!'

All the help will be aprechiated...
Oh I need to get new poi as mine broke when I was going too fast... Tried to fix them but its no use their life has gone they just keep falling appart
If anyone has a set I can buy bring it along as I wont have one on the day...

Someone was meant to take you to see Star Wars? and they didn't? What a cad!!!

Perhaps I can take you to see it when I come and stay with you. Will that make up for that vilainous swine letting you down?

On the group photo 4, 3 and 2 are Linden, Becky and Zoe from Nottingham and Number 32 is Becky Story also from Nottingham. I am the pink blur by dimitri and just to the left there is a girl in a blue coat and that is my kid Hayley. I'm sorry but I was so overcome with shyness that I legged it when it came to having photo's taken. I am all for the shy corner next time.

Are we nearly there yet?
