Posted: ok, i've been puzzling over something for a little while. in the 2nd of sage;s poi videos in the gallery place she does this weird looking thing low down in front of her. i don't know how to explain exactly what i'm seeing, but she does it twice between about seconds 30 and 34. what is that exactly?
am i just getting stupidly confused by something really simple and commonplace?

Posted: its kinda like a windmill/corkscrew move but with your arms down, kinda tricky, you have to use shortish poi so that your poi can spin on the inside of your arms and pass near your arm pits. its a real nice move once you can get both poi on the inside, you can also hold this move in that place, all most starts to look like a corkscrew.
