"My poi took a little longer to arrive due to the situation the world is in, but the customer service was quickly responsive and very wonderful. When ordering I didn't like not being able to see a picture in correlation with the color option. I did choose randomly and was very pleasantly surprised. The colors are bright and the color changes compliment each other nicely. The cord is very sturdy and adjustable. The poi balls were a tad smaller than expected, but the size is listed when you buy it, honestly I wasn't paying attention I've never bought poi before. I'm actually really digging the smaller size. The extra battery packs and carrying bag comes in clutch."
