Single Pro Lumi TrickStix - Rechargeable LED Devilstick
Don't get shipped to Canada!
"The shipping is an absolute nightmare.. I made my order on June 16th and am now arguing with home of poi and Canada post to see where it is on July 30th. I'm pretty sure I just wasted $160 ($40 duty+ cost of item) and am not happy at all. The customer service here went downhill big time!"

"This company has the worst customer service that I have ever come across. I have sent multiple emails requesting help but have been ignored. I want the item I have paid for which is in transit with no update for 9 days. But you won't even respond let alone follow up on where my order might be."

We received additional emails on July 23rd and 24th and responded on July 25th, confirming that the package had arrived in Auckland, New Zealand. Despite our efforts to reach out to the customer through phone and SMS, it seems they were not receiving our emails or messages. The order was placed on July 10th, shipped on July 12th, and delivered on July 26th. We did everything possible to assist this customer."

Single Pro Lumi TrickStix - Rechargeable LED Devilstick
good but not great
"I purchased the LED rechargeable devil stick set. The control sticks are just a shaft of plastic and not very usable. The Devilstick is kind of thick, but the LED is very cool. The only problem is that within a week of playing with these, the silicone flower part started coming apart. When I reached out to HomeofPoi, the response was use some double sided tape and see if that works with no offer to repair or replace it. Since then, the end cap that holds the LED cartridge has torn, so I have to tape the end up every time I recharge the LED cartridge. All that said, I can't find any LED devilsticks at a comparable price point, and these are still very fun to play with as devisticks and for twirling. I highly recommend the rechargeable ones over the battery ones if you can get them."

Reply from Home of Poi: "Our hassle-free 12-month warranty does cover defects and malfunctions, unfortunately, it doesn't extend to damages caused by accidental breakage or misuse. As such, we wouldn't be able to provide a replacement or repair under warranty in this instance. "

Great pair of starter LED Poi
"These were my first set of LED poi, and I adored them. I made the mistake of lending them to someone who spun them way to fast and one of the heads flew off; definitely user error, but definitely something to keep in mind. The weight of the heads are nice, which i found useful for isolations. Highly recommend to beginners."
