Derek, Thank you so much for making and uploading this video. You do a really great job walking us through each transition. I'm a spinner who is learning advanced techs but has embarrassingly little intuitive dance sense, and thus greatly appreciate this type of video. I'd love to see many more movement-bundles like this!
