Keywords: Horizontal Mexican Wave
As the name says, this is the horizontal version of the Mexican Wave or Alternate Butterfly.
This is an easy variation. Start doing the Mexican wave and then learn forward and swing the poi in the horizontal plane.
You will also be able to do this move to either side of your body.
Also try bending your knees and see how close to the ground you can get this pattern.
