yay i actually wrote notes down and took with me and now i can do it easily enough still dont really understand how im doing it............one too many intoxicated nights probably lol ...

think i nearly got it in last practice, still cant get hands next to eachother....one poi just wraps around arm......so my question still stands... how can the butterfly be done seeing...
