I know that when I ordered mine I found his email address on the site. He may have taken it down while they're out of stock.

Service and support

Great service and support!
"QUICK shipping! GREAT customer service even when there are problems that aren't really HOP's fault. GREAT quality items. Somehow they manage to pack loads of stuff into tiny packages! I have access to another online shop in the US but often order from Home of Poi because it's actually usually cheaper to order from HOP. I don't know how they do it because the quality of the merchandise here is always surprisingly good with great little homey touches."

Pair of Medium Mura Stitched Roll Fire Heads

Just what I wanted for my first poi wicks!
"I'm putting together my first set of firechains and I wanted something small that won't hold too much fuel until I feel more comfortable with the fire. I just don't feel ready for a long burn- time yet. These are nice and small so the burn-time will probably not be more than I as a beginner am capable of handling. The cost was also low meaning it wasn't a big blow to the budget and upgrading when I am ready won't hurt the wallet so much. I haven't lit them yet but the workmanship seems to be of good quality (stiched and securely glued these babies are NOT going to unravel!) and the only exposed metal is the little ring at the top for attaching. These should be good safe wicks to start practicing fire with. I'm looking forward to it!"

The Scales of Poi - Lessons

GREAT video. Just what I needed!
"This is a wonderful dense video. Just what I needed to really help bring a fuller understanding of how the forces work in poi and how to use that to best advantage. I haven't finished the video yet because I'll watch a section digest it and play with it a while before moving on to the next bit. It's broken up so that it's VERY easy to do so so I can absorb it all at my own pace. Also it makes it easy to find sections to refer back to when you need help. I love the way this is taught. It really clicks for me. And I already see an improvement in the way I spin and my thoughts and feelings about it."

I get a charge out of these
"I get a charge out of these. Well what do you expect from a battery review? I like the packaging with the glow-toy photo. It's a cute touch that I appreciate. I like that the batteries are reccomended when you place an order for something that uses them."
