At the present I would say Staff. I am learning Staff with Susan Orr's Baton twirling videos. My best friend was making fun of the videos but I have learned a lot in the past few weeks....

Thanks Wing. I just forwarded the information to Bev at Sharp Baton to ask her if she has any feedback on the videos above that way we won't waste our time and money if they are of poor...
