"I bought this DVD in addition to some practice contact poi. Having only watched through it once I know I'll return to it time and again as it is chalk full of theory and applicable ideas. I really enjoy the poi and health section as I am recovering from a shoulder injury (not related to poi) and have gained a stronger idea about how the shoulder moves. The ideas Nick brings to the table has really opened up my ability to spin compound circles as well as given me a better mobility; i.e. turns 360's and walking. I recommend this video."
