Importance of safety.
"The DVD goes through training procedures for safety measures you should have when doing any sort of fire twirling and is very informative about when where and why you are doing it. It also includes two segments on spinners and their life of spinning with a small segment of accidents that they them self have had throughout the course of fire spinning."

Excellent Product
"These LED Glow poi are an excellent product for a beginner that wants to start with glow poi. Pro's: - Very cheap - Bright - Light up well - Easy Turn on/Turn off switch - Hurts a lot less then regular poi/glow poi (still a slap and a slight sting though) Cons: - Too light compared to regular poi/glow poi - Threading holder for the screws breaks easily on high impact - Will only last approximately one month (with constant use) before breaking - Ropes are good but is only tied in a big loop. No finger holes or handles. Overall; This is a good product for beginners that want to practice with glow poi and want to make a basic performance. But they will however not last as long and are no where near as good quality as the glow balls. BUT for what the product is i would recommend buying the smallest bulk packs and save a bit of money on buying these. 4 Stars overall."
