As many of you kindly wanted to sponsor me for the marathon I'm running THIS SUNDAY

I'm running for the Anthony Nolan Trust who do great work in finding donors and funding research for people with bone marrow disorders (e.g. Leukaemia). I probably shouldn't have been bouncing on that ankle but I got through the 26.2 miles (very slowly) and have the T-shirt to prove it
Now all I have to do is recover and carry on trying to raise sponsorship money as my fundraising website is going to be up for a few more months

Yes, after you've finished the biggest physical test that you've ever put your body through (and probably ever will) they give you a bag full of stuff that weighs about 5kg I didn't have the energy to look through it at the time!
