ok- I teach statistics, research methods, management, and psychology. I have 2 little boys (3 and 1). I've been with my husband for 20 years. He's a small business owner, selling, servicing and installing commerical and residential garage doors. We live a very "Cleaver"-esque life (if I'm dating myself, that's a reference to a 1950's sit com).

I first saw someone spinning poi 3 years ago and thought, "I'd like to do that someday." Just before my 37th birthday I decided, "Today is the day." Three weeks later, I am working on the 5 beat weave.

I live in Sandusky, Ohio - home of the planet's best amusement park - Cedar Point.
Favorite music: I like pop. I'm no highbrow.
My favorite color is purple.
My favorite food is sushi (anago).
Favorite books: Lately ... The World is Flat. Sting's memoir was good, too. Of all time.... I Had Trouble in Getting to Solla Sollew by Dr. Seus.
Favorite movie: A Christmas Story - it's why I had kids.
Marmite, Vegemite, Nutella, .... I guess I'm an atheist.
