Well hello there,
My name is Jo, I like to flow, sometimes I go quite slow, I live a life of joy, just me and my 2 poi, spinning circles in the air, and taking care not to burn my long hair!

i dont know, i've not been awake long enough!
I'm having hypnotherapy on Thursday, I'm a bit worried and I've put on loads of weight from the past few days of stuffing my face!!
I'm sure I'll get back on track soon

hmm..will have to ask chicken if there is a disturbance in the food force. I am really really hungry and cant stop eating for the last few weeks.

Jo hun, don't worry about the hypnotherapy. As long as you've done some research and found a reputable person to do it, you'll be find.
I hope it helps. If it doesn't you'll just have to enrole in the 'Skully school of never worrying about life'. This involves either having such a bad memory you forget all the things you might worry about, or training yourself not to panic or worry about unimportant things. I'm working on getting my space of time I consider things down to 12 hours. If it won't be happening in the next 12 hours I try not to think about it. I'm down from constant worry about everything however far in the future it maybe to only worrying about things that might happen in the next 2 days. With my crap memory I'm bound to get it down to 12 hours soon enough Feed me Chocolate!!! Feed me NOW!

Ok I have my hypnotherapy tomorrow at 5pm!
Yesterday my mum had a W.I. garden party (dont laugh!)
and she was telling the other women about it (ok they were gossiping as they always do! 
)Anyway one of the women used to work in the office of the lady i'm seeing tomorrow, and she said she gave her son hypnotherapy to stop smoking and it worked. so big thumbs up.
so fingers crossed hey?!

My mum keeps trying to get me to go, but my god they're like a load of cackling witches. The only good thing is the food, and flower arranging!

they have competitions. once they had a bra competition. my mum had a silver bra and put leaves and stuff on it and sprayed it so it looked like it was covered in snow and it was called "Frosty Reception". which i thought was quite good, it went over the heads of the oldies though
another competition they had was a mask one. my mum made a terrifying Michael Myers style mask. it was meant to be a romantic valentines day mask. If someone wore that on a valentines date i'd run and hide!! take a peek if you dare!

The woman that lived next door to me when I was growing up was the secretery of the local group and if I remeber rightly they had slide shows a lot and invited guest speakers along to explain the best way to make a loaf of bread, or how to skin a rabbit. They also used to have a lot of political force because they were such a huge group of women and that gave them power.
Do they still sing Jerusalem at the beginning of meetings?

yeah they still sing Jerusalem! Yeah they do a lot of political marches and actually kick ass!
I went along to one of the talks- it was about owls!
and the speaker had brought 2 owls with him.sometimes the speakers are really good, there have been bellydancers, sailors who've almost died and lived to tell the tale, but then you get people who talk about cabbage.

Skully, we could make some wings and fly to Perth in a magic fairy type way! (i think we'd get knackered though). Perhaps a better idea is Jon and Sym fly to Perth and we sit on their backs

All Syms hair would add a huge drag factor to his flying ability. We might have to shave his head so that he can keep up with Jon
If we could just get Dubs to make the transported machine he promised me so long ago we would be there in a jiffy.... not that I like the idea of being beamed anywhere. What if all the particals got mixed up and came out wrong at the other end and we all ended up with bits of one anothers bodies
