Well hello there,
My name is Jo, I like to flow, sometimes I go quite slow, I live a life of joy, just me and my 2 poi, spinning circles in the air, and taking care not to burn my long hair!

it was great
she was lovely and is the type of person that when you're in their presence you feel chilled out anyway.
We started off with a chat and she wanted to know why i was depressed and panicky etc, and I told her and that made me cry a bit, then when it got round to the hypnotism bit, i just had to recline in a big comfy chair with headphones on, listening to sounds of the sea and her voice. It was really relaxing and I felt much better afterwards. My next session is next Thursday at 1:30 and I'm really excited about it.
She said i need to get my self esteem up, she said I am a good and loveable person- at which point i cried again!!
Then this evening I went for a walk with molly and Ben, he offered me some doob and I said No! hooray! Perhaps its the first step towards loving my brain a bit more

hey guys,
well all's crapperoo in Jojoland i'm afraid. The amazing effects of Thursday's hypnotherapy seem to have worn off. I've not been sleeping and have taking to sleeping tablets which are leaving me feeling dizzy and sh!tty all day
