I think she was actually saying she didn't know who Moondoggie was...for shame!!!

I'm guessing by the fact that I just saw you'd posted in my thread that I don't need to post the link for my birthday present in yours...sooooooo...

ubblol Well it's absolutely obvious who Moondoggie is ... well at least it is if you've ever seen any of the Gidget movies or the series.

Maybe it's really a U.S. thing. shrug

I guess so...or it's just that they're too young to have been exposed to it...but that's really not a good enough excuse for George...cuz even tho he's not as well seasoned as are we, he's still no spring chicken, either... wink

History of Gidget!!! (not mine but the book/movies)

Gidget is a contraction fo "girl midget" and was first coined by Frederick Kohner in his 1957 novel Gidget, The Little Girl with the Big Ideas.

Three movies have been made with this character.
1959 starring Sandra Dee (Gidget)
1961 starring Deborah Walley (Gidget Goes Hawaiian)
1963 starring Cindy Carol (Gidget Goes to Rome)

1965 sitcom with Sally Field
1969 television movie with Karen Valentine.
1972 television movie Monie Ellis
1972 Hanna-Barbera with Kathy Gori.
1985 sitcom/television move Caryn Richman

Her boyfriend, Moondoggie was a character in all the movies and sitcoms.

Thus a short history of Gidget!

Nope...you'd have to pay them to put up with one of those two...so she'd still be out a bunch of $$...

That's the reason why when I got my computer, I also got 3 yrs of in home service on it...they have to fix it, no matter what...even if I throw it out the window...they have to fix it... biggrin...and believe me, there's been times when I've wanted to do just that!!!

some dark & mouldy, confined space in the back corner of a generator room far below the decks should be fine...
