Don't buy from Home of Poi
"I bought two of these in April. I still don't have a working pair. They kept sending nonfunctional pipe replacements. Now they won't answer messages nor have I received a refund for a product that simply doesn't work. Their customer service is nonexistent. Buy elsewhere. If you buy this stuff here, you'll regret it. You won't get what you've paid for and do not expect customer service."

"Wicks are solid and well attached. Frame is sturdy and good quality metal. They spin well and feel balanced. Shipping took longer than I had expected but when I reached out they were happy to explain the situation and answer my questions."

Extremely disappointing
"This transaction was absolutely terrible. The silk fans that I received are very poor quality and very cheaply made. Definitely not worth the money that was asked for them. Well they work they are not built well enough or solid enough that I am comfortable using them for what they're intended for. The fans feel like they're going to break when I use them. So that's not good. Definitely do not recommend ! They are cheap and poor quality and easily breakable exactly what I don't want in flow fans"

"Im very satisfied with these poi! My boyfriend got Ultrapoi set so I felt left out and bought these. The ultrapoi ball is bigger and has led lights. This one is a smaller solid rubber ball. They feel lighter but they hit really hard lol. It s a great beginner set. Shipping was good, i bought these on 7/7 and received them on 7/14. Packaged well and I appreciate it came with a dust bag to store them in."

Disappointed, print is on one side only
"As the title says, I'm disappointed in this, as only one side is printed. Many tricks show both sides of the star so having a black side can make it look plain. The build quality is good but the fabric is a bit slippery compared to others. It's ok for practice so I'm not giving it 1 star, but I'd recommend buying other brand and checking that both sides have a design showing."
