thats a great story!! hey i finaly got my first staff injury, i was doing the windmill quite fast and i hit my achillies tendon and i cut my heel with the metal end of the staff! still ...

hmm drink twirling is a hobby of mine... more deadly than i thought.... im using the glow poi at least untill my rope poi rocks up in the post!!
