I got sumthin that i do wen i use my socks. Do a double bicep wrap while spinning the poi in reverse, let go of the poi, let them slip round the forarms and then grab the ends and now y...

wey hey, finally learned the 3 beat behind the back weave, admitidly very messy but its still a 3 beat...tied my hands to gether with elastic bands behind my back to restric my movement...

Finally managed to get the 5(6?) beat weave in fwds an backwards...
