@amber, another thing you need to do is soak your poi properly. Depending what head you are using, you should get a 4 - 6 minute burn out of it if soaked properly, and the more you burn...

Katiethere are tuesday night sessions in brick lane, london, and we also arrange a poi in the park (hyde park) occasionally, weather dependant. Come join us some time :-)Kim
