From what I know, as long as the methanol is properly evaporated from the processed biodiesel (and it always should be), you're fine.

FG/PB: I performed a fire sword/staff battle with a friend about 6 months ago, ending with a big clash and me blowing a fireball off his sword flame. Staff/sword battles are lotsa fun...
