I hit myself frequently, but as I am just learning then I suppose it's to be expected.With each new move I seem to find a brand new place to hit myself.Knocked my galsses clean off more...

Hi, I live near York but am still in the very very early learning stages. I'd be happy to come along and see what I could learn.I am keen but a bit old and not as supple as I used to be...
