Outstanding Service!!
"I had received an order about a month or so ago to include a couple of led poi balls that were faulty--beaten up during shipping most likely. I immediately let support know and Chris was all over it!! The same day two more led balls were sent out to me no hassle. He was extremely courteous and very prompt...someone who obviously cares about what he does. He even followed up to make sure I was happy about everything. I am very impressed and it is service like that and quality products that will keep me coming back to HOP...MWAHAHAHA...you will never be rid of me!! P.S. Too bad some of you fine and upstanding individuals there at HOP aren't sitting in the U.S. Congress...maybe then they'd get something done for once. Thanx again to Chris!"

"WOW...I never thought that these would be so much FUN!! I spin fire all the time but these are COOL 'cause you don't have to worry about burn times and all the stuff that comes with the fire] territory. What fun! I spin for hours and hours and hours on end and never get tired of them. I've been using them for about 3 weeks and already almost through my first set of batteries. Oh yeah--and HOP service too--ya just can't beat it. All the way from Christchurch New Zealand to my doorstep in the vast cultural wasteland of Southern Indiana in less than two weeks. Thanx again HOP!"
