i just started this today and i can get it to do one rotation but almost 85% of the time i hit myself ... is it that i jsut need to be moreflexible??

like in the jo derry video on the videos page where hes spinnning them and it looks like their above his head forever, or like the first video called glowstix where she has them above h...
