Has anyone tried using Citronella oil to breathe with? I've only used that so far to spin with and it's a pretty good fuel. From the MSDS it sounds like it wouldn't be *as* dangerous ...

Excellent introduction
"This is an excellent introduction to staff - it's got all the basics as well as the foundation for more advanced techniques. I'd love to see a sequel to it with more contact and double-staff moves. Highly recommended for anyone new to staff."
