Hey!
New to this site, but figured its about time i spread my wings with various skills, and associated people!
I recently joined another forum (based on another interest of mine) and found the people/greeting (or lack of!) frankly rude. intimidating, unwelcoming and rude, so i left. as far as i can make out, they objected to me being too conversational and not 'to the point' enough. so much for friendly forums! i am sure you will all be much nicer here
So, on to your questions!

Occupation(s): Student Nurse
Favorite Food(s): it varies, but often settles on something italian
Favorite Color(s): anything bright and colourful!
What is the wing speed of an unladen swallow? to fast for my eye
Toys: try my hand at anything, though primarily poi - though not as good as i used to be (not that great before either!!)
Hobbies other than the obvious: travelling, ice hockey (watching), knitting, scouting and anything outdoors
Education: Currently studying for a Bachelor of Nursing, already have a Bachelor of Science in Medical Physiology. A Levels and GCSEs etc.
Favorite Book(s): varies, but i do enjoy reading very much
Favorite Movie(s): i have seen shockingly few movies, but i am remedying this by working my way through lists friends give me. open to any suggestions!
Godzilla vs. a Star Wars Star Destroyer. Who wins? Why? pass (see above for reaons!)
Favorite TV show(s): currently working my way through game of thrones, so everything else has taken a back seat!
Plans for life in general: (i.e. what you want to do when you grow up) i would like to go into research nursing, particular interests currently include infectious diseases and cancer. i say research nursing, but im flexible. want to go back and do a masters/PhD at some stage.
Do you think these pants make my butt look too big? not at all my love
Favorie ice cream flavor(s): mint choc chip... but very specifically the cheap 2l tubs you can get in uk supermarkets. nothing to do with the size, just have a love for this specific flavour!
Marmite, Vegemite, or Nutella?* nutella. for 2 reasons. its awesome, and i have managed to live 25 years without having tried vegemite or marmite! (dont shoot me!!)
I'm glad to see that as a forum on the whole you are already more welcoming than the aforementioned forum. i hope i can fit in nicely here
