Consider this a warning to anyone else joining that website. They have "play nice" rules.
I am on a month long suspension from HoopCity. Why, you ask? Well, I apparently widdled on one of their sacred calves.. I started a thread dissing the idea of flow and suggesting it be defenestrated in favor for a search for personal style. In spite of self-censoring my swear words, I was suspended for swearing, and threats... because I told someone to die in a fire.
Frankly, depending on my mood I find this hilarious or incredibly irritating. While a good site and a good resource, what this basically means is their play nice rules comes with a healthy dose of censorship. Be prepared to not swear and pretend to be a zen master. If you are negative, or hell if you treat HoopCity like any other website, expect to get a bannination to the face.
I'm sure there's other members of HoopCity on here, and to you guys: hello from the naughty box!
