Hey guys,
I've started getting into fire rope dart and alot of the movements i use involve kicks and stalling the dart with my foot, problem is im kinda nervous to do many of these with fire
anyone know the best kind of shoe to wear when kicking around something thats burning thats still easy to dance in and not too clompish?
