Howdy Everyone, I'm new to this whole forum thing so forgive me if the introduction sounds strange, I never wrote one before :P
I'm 18 and English/Zimbabwean, living in New Zealand at the moment as part of my Gap Year. I've been spinning since a WOMAD festival a two or three years ago and spinning with fire since not too long after that, although I've never taken it too seriously. I reckon New Zealand is the place to start taking it seriously, so any Aucklanders wanna help me improve, just message me
Back home I've been in the same school since I was 4 so I've got a close-knit group of friends and plenty of other mates who've left but stayed in contact. The average night out would be a house party (hopefully of someone I don't know that well) or a pub and then carrying on the party with a smaller group at a more familiar house, an average group of London teenage deliquents really...
Um... music tastes? anything really although I'm known for liking rap (mainly because I'm pretty much the only one who doesn't hate it). Right now I'm listening to Johnny Cash and loving it ('Highwayman' and 'Boy Called Sue' are newly discovered favourites) i guess I've got a passion for country music.
Like: Good food, good times, good friends and Bill Hicks.
Dislikes: Time wasters, boy bands, the KKK and religious fanatics
