yeh, he's being mean, he's probably just jealous cause your too cool, but we wont know that until you fill out the template!

what do you mean the 'data base'? which data base? you mean in your profile? if you mean your profile then when you log in you will open your "my Home", scroll down the page and at at the bottom there is a box titled "my configuration". on the right of this box there are edit buttons, so go and edit!
