hello hop,, im new here,,and thought id post my progress so far,, im 7months into my poi obsession and luving it,:D
heres part one and two of my practice sessions few days ago,,left mistakes in cuz well we all do em and its part of the fun imo lol

i love the way you flow - you dont do the moves too fast so it is good to see, and the camera is fine - the lgihting is good too, i can see everything!!

thx guys,,,buzz,,well i just practice constantly tbh dude,,if you do it for long enough things fall in place,, watching vids i can get hold of,,reading threads,,and practice
