Focusing on my lower chakras, to be more grounded and present. Self love, self disipline, getting comfortable in this body. Is always this heavy? HA... Am I in a stange mood.
One extreamly talented individual with to many thoughts, billions of ideas, interests, abundent energy, endless love and compassion....... little focus.... I'm working on it.
What is that I do? Poi, staff, batton, fans, DANCE, cello, guitar, flute, drum, sing, climb, snow board, river guide, kayak, travel, camp, hike, energy work, massage, sex education, business partner.....meditate, breath, meditate, breath.
Looking for connections, friends from around the world to be inspired, to learn, to laugh, to inspire, to teach to....whatever this life has in store.
