I'm finally (after nearly 5 years) going to do this topic in the standard form...
Name: Simon Steel (Seye - Pronounced 'Si')

Hometown: Northampton UK
Birthday (sign?): 6th September
Age: 27
Sex: Male
Occupation(s): Sound Engineer, Event Manager, Physics Student
Favorite Food(s): Most of them. I'm allergic to Chocolate, Parmesan and Marmite though.
Favorite Color(s): Yellow (I dont know why)
What is the wing speed of an unladen swallow? I feel we've been over this many times before.
Toys: Staff(s), Poi, Devilsticks, Balls, Clubs, Rope Dart and most other things.
Hobbies other than the obvious: DJ'ing, reading, making things.
Education: I've just started a Physics Degree at Salford Uni
Favorite Book(s): Far too numerous to list but the series I'd advise to anyone is Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams.
Favorite Movie(s): Again too many to mention.
Godzilla vs. a Star Wars Star Destroyer. Who wins? Why? Possibly Godzilla because he seems to keep appearing in sequels. I guess he's pretty resiliant.
Favorite TV show(s): Cartoons (Family Guy, South Park, etc.)
Plans for life in general: Hopefully get into research. If not then at least find a job that keeps me interested and provides a bit of stability.
Favorite Music Artists/Composers: I could go on forever here and bore people to death. Lets just say I have very varied musical taste and some very obscure reasons for liking certain artists.
Do you think these pants make my butt look too big? Yes (Doc - as you wrote these questions) - those medical uniforms are never as flattering on men ;-)
Favorie ice cream flavor(s): Anything but chocolate
Marmite, Vegemite, or Nutella?* I cant eat any of them so I wouldn't know.

I'm sitting a straight Physics BSc at Salford Uni. So I'll be covering just about everything over the next 3 years but for the next few months it will be very much dominated by Thermodynamics, Mechanics and caching up on my maths. Being back in education is a bit strange at the moment but I'm sure I'll settle back into it soon.
