And by this i dont mean one that just folds down for ease of tansport, I mean staffs that have a centre piece and two outer pieces attatched by chain, I'm probably way behind everyone else here but still just wondering if anyone has made one or has any video or pics. If the two outer sections were wicks it would look amazing!

Staff or meteor?

Do a search on meteor hammer.

i've got a couple of 3 sectioned fire staffs and you could make the outer two compleatly wick but then it wouldn't realy be a 3 sectioned staff as alot of the 3 sectioned staff moves require you to hold the outer sectiones im thinking of trying to make some guides to using them but if your just starting them just do staff moves with them once your happy with that try and copy some of the stuff in the video it helps if your already familiar with another jointed weapon but its not an absolute nececity

each section of such a weapon is of equal length,
i don't have the skill to weild a metallic one, so my fire 3sections have to have aluminium flashin to prevent too much charring.

I'd recomend Bender's sequence in one of the COL's for reference, I can't remember which one, but he probably does...

The final bit on my COL4 entry has 3 section.
i have a poorly practice video to compress and upload to HoP if there's enough interest to justify reinstalling Premiere (my harddrive is overloaded with Ghost in the Shell 2nd Gig and Harvey Birdman smile )
