And Arnwyn & Adya, the trick to hooping is ot wiggle your hips, a lot. Least thats what everyone kept telling me at Falmouth. Good luck trying hug hug

lol yeah.. i can do the waist hoopy thing without much trouble.. but other than that.. ubblol

ahh i'm sure there are real jedis... wink

weather here, not too bad currently.. we have sun for a couple of hours in the middle of the day.. but chilly cold in mornings and evenings... getting dark by 5.30pm these days too..

but enjoy the sun sunny while it lasts hey smile

Tigerbalm rocks, i discovered this very recently smile

I know not how to move a hoop up your body, bst way i have seen is to move your body down keeping the hoop at the same level, then when you rise slowly it rises with you wink hug
