Hey all,
It's been nearly 4 years since I last posted on Home of Poi and I thought I'd reintroduce myself. I haven't been spinning much in the last five years (except for the occaisional fire at the Pines at Mt Arapiles) but a flatmate/friend of mine has gotten me back into it.
We're back in training and learning new tricks while teaching our other housemembers about spinning etc. I've just started working on the three section staff and I'm thinking about doing Kung Fu fist forms while holding a pair of fire fans. It should be interesting . . .
I'm also kinda keen on playing with other fire spinners around Sydney occaisionally (but with training and band rehearsals I'm pretty busy on weeknights). Anyone going to be at the Stone Circle night next week?
