Hello all,
i am new to the world of poi (about 3 weeks now) and enjoying beating myself with them... that is the point isnt it?? to my staisfaction i have managed to master a whole heap of moves by myself including 5bt weave, and nearly btb weave and reverse 5bt weave. but always looking for people to help and give advise etc...
aaanyway, im just about to move up to brissy (been in melbourne) so wanting to meet some new people into the things that i am (namely poi at this point in time). i will be up there feb-ish at this stage.
so i thought i might show my face and say hello to you all

thanks for the luck lou, must have worked exam seemed to be way too easy!
so now i will get another piece of paper that lets me put needles into people. strange concept.

it's a very long, involved process you know.. have to climb some of the toughest mountains to get the bark from the lone tree at the top, accompany the findings to a strange little hut where they're eventually made into special paper..
hehe, but well done!!
now you get to poke needles into lots of victims.. i mean er.. patients... veteran

I know nothing about sticking needles in poeple... or paper making for that matter
... but i reckon I could make you a piece of paper that says you can stick needles in people heaps quicker than that... is it owwy?
like umm would a tatoo hurt more than acupucture?

no silly, acupuncture doesnt hurt!
nothing like a tattoo at all *shakes head* the most pain you should feel with an acupuncture needle would be the equivilant of pulling out a hair, a quick kinda sting and then it disappears... you do get other sensations with it kinda like an itch or a dull ache but its not pain, just different :P
yeah takes FOREVER for them to make paper. they are real silly heads!

well yeah... that's what I was thinking... if I can handle having a tatoo... and acupucture isn't as owwy as that, I should be able to handle it hehe

Having handled that tatt I reckon April could do acupuncture on you with cutlery and you might not notice

acupuncture is yummy, and relaxing and sends you into bliss land... no pain and nasties!
