People write stuff here.
Other people reply (sometimes).
I think that covers most of it, for the forums anyway.
The rest of the site is basically full of helpful info on how to do tricks, safety tips for playing with fire-toys, etc etc.

there are free lesson in which ever discipline you fancy (as long as you fancy staff or poi), there's a shop that offers extremely good prices for al your spinning needs and there's a huge community of friendly weirdos who want to chat with you and get to know you.

yes I find whenever one gets stuck one merely has to think of getting more stuck at which point one will find themselves magically unstuck with a dissapointed look on their face and a nice cold beer in their hand...the moral of this story is cheers mate to the site and grab yourself a nice cold
