So... this is supposed to be an introduction.... exiting!
I come from sweden. I'm only 15 (will be 16 this fall). I've been spinning for 6 weeks or so. For some seconds a i thought i knew some about poi... then i found this site and found that i'm a newb-ass. it feels sad to say that, but i am.
currently, i don't have any fire-poi, but i will probably by a pair in a week or so, so currently, i do my practice whith homemade tannis-ball-poi. It would be nice to get some tips; what is good/bad with tennis-balls, sock-poi, and so on....
about my level of skill... i know the 5beat reversed and i can almost make the btb 3beat weave. i have no problems with butterflies, btb butterfli, mexican weave and combos of those (and all of them reverse) so where to go next when i know the 3beat btb, forwards, backwards and to change between then and the usual weave? what brings most happyness? bodywraps?
if any of you guys are from stockholm, sweden: send me a PM, maby we can meet some day.. a nice day... i the future... or so

sound like your going pretty well with the poi.
if you need some ideas about where to go , try:
-isolations - frustrating as hell, but eventually very cool
-wraps - download the 'techno turtles' video, and weep.
-contact staff - mmmm......
but then again - im biased!

once upon a time, i thought i knew something about poi and how to do it. when i started to browse the net for videos and such i proved myself i was wrong.
it would be nice to know what level you guys are at. if all you guys are like those pro's you can see on some videos people link to, or if your''re still human.
