Uncertain as of yet. I live by the philosophy of working to live, and not living to work. Life aspirations don't appear to be in the career that i have or hope to achieve: work is more a facilitator of what it is I want to do. Currently i'm considering being a yoga teacher later in life and seeing where fire perfomance takes me as well, but in the mean time i'll stick to working in IT.

I turned nineteen a little over a week ago and a long staff was given to me as one of my birthday presents. I've had little to no experience with a staff, but hopefully that will change in the not-too-distant future.

Tell more of myself? Letsee....I live in Melbourne, Australia. I'm a University student doing an IT degree (Lord knows what else I'd be doing).
I've been on the staff for about...ten days now, lit it about four or five times. In fact, last night I was at a friends 18th and went twirling and had a friend film me. It was a really windy night and it was a bugger to light up. But after a few twirls I whacked myself in the thigh, but amidst the darkness my friends thought I had taken to my own package.
I have only whacked myself in the face once. Thankfully, it wasn't lit, but it left a nice carbon mark on my forehead

JTSpinner: Thank you for your belated birthday wishes! I had a most excellent 21st at home surrounded by 40 or so of my friends and that, indeed, reignited my love of fire spinning! I took a 1.5 year hiatus with the staff for reasons beyond my understanding but i've been back on it as of june/july 2006. I am no longer as much of a rookie with the staff but i still have much to learn but in my own time
