practising somersaults this morning.... and panicked half way through one of them, put my arm out, landed badly on it.
afterwards i thought i had just strained it a little, so went to juggling, trained a wee bit.... and discovered it was much worse than i thought. and now it hurts so much for me to lift that it has me in tears.
so. arnica and a sling applied, and a plan to go to the doctors tomorrow.... but no spinning for some hefty period

Oh, man...You could always try "twirling"... But on the other side of the coin, this allows everybody else time to catch up...
But I really hope your armise heals fastly...

Snap! What a bummer. Put ice on it - that really helps. Not for more than 20 mins though. Otherwise you risk frostbite.

Naw, I'm pretty sure we'd have to kill him to have any chance of catching him. Maybe practicing would help myself... but I think just killin' him would be easier.

not planning to die soon. but hey
i have slathered myself with arnica and copious quantities of balms, and actually had the tiniest of plays on the meadows, just to make sure i could.. so now i can rest it happy in the knowledge that i will pick up a set of poi before the years out.
did you have someone in mind o devious brooklyner?

ps. if a berliner is a kind of donut, is a brooklyner some other kind of bakery product, like, say, an apple strudel or a cream puff?
