bugger this, i'm leavin being random to the experts...

yes...i remember that..
i had a head rush the second i stood up after stiing down for a good 20 mins..
that why i appeared to collapse....
and when i say appeared to...i mean...i did...blatantly.

this is a message for hels...
I understand that your not feeling to good, and that in some way you consider it your fault, well... IT WASNT. we are all just as responsible, we all took the desigion to try and get back, and we all knew how tired we were, if anything I feel responsible because I knew that I was to tired to drive that far, and i knew fine well you wernt much better, and even as we were discussing it I felt guilty for putting presure on the argument for leaving. We should have shared the driving and all stayed awake or we should not have gone at all.
The point is all thease 'shoulds' and 'responsible's make no diffrence after the fact, and the fact is we are all fine and there was no damage done.
Its very common to get really affected by trauma like this, and youve got to try and remember that its a side effect, and thease feeling will pass, in effect they arnt 'real' because the reality is that we all love you and dont blame you atall, and we are fine, but i know how its like, you beat yourself up about what could have happened, images come into your mind of the worst possible outcome and its frightening to think you are responsible. But your not, its just the way things happened, and now they are done and gone, please try not to take them to hard.
A friend of mine was seriously drepressed for about 2 years after his crash, and was only told that that was the reason recently. Just bear in mind that "its over" and "its not you" and "we love Helen, shes ace!" and it will make you feel bad, like losing a lover, but you know theyll be another, and you know this period will pass.

First day back at work, and it's OK. Well I got in at 11, then went for coffee, am now going for lunch, then I think I'll go home! Love these new hours
