Music : Trance, World, clasical, and most others aside from country.
Movies : Silence of the Lambs, Matrix, Amelie, Chocolat, Fellowship of the Ring Expanded version, Two Towers, Expanded Version, Strictly Ballroom, and So many more.
Books: Where to begin? Huge Sci Fi buff, but also love Toni Morrison (Song of Solomon, Paradise): Bastard out of Carolina, Tracks, Dreaming in Cuban. (Those are my non Sci Fi titles)
Sci Fi/fantasy wise: In the Company of Others (Julie Czerneda, and all her other books), The Dark Jewel Trilogy by Anne Bishop, Green Rider by Kristen Britain, SnowCrash, Spin State (by Chris Moriarty), Deed of Paksenarrion by Elizabeth Moon. and Lots more.
Favorite Color: Navy Blue, Silver, Blue. (Sorry Alice.)
Other Cool Stuff: I'm a cat and dog person. Right now, my life is ruled by my cat, Storm. She's a doll. Crazy, but a doll.
I've lived in Tennessee, North Carolina, Washington State (My Fav.) Louisiana and Texas.
I've been to the other side of the planet....Kyrgyzstan is a beautiful country.
I love visiting different countries, and I'm dying to live in the UK for a couple of years (perhaps get my PhD there?).
Dark Chocolate sings to me as does Sushi, though not at the same time.
I enjoy cooking, though my repetoire is limited.
Cassandra's CREPES Sing to me as well...OH HOW I miss them!
Like Vanize, I enjoy role playing games.
I tend to ramble.

There are a couple of men I like too, but I'm really way picky.

Oh yeah...as for this place?
Well....it's my French Châteaux. The main house is a three story, classical design.
There are plenty of guest rooms, and several guest villas on the grounds. The pool is heated, and self cleaning.
There's a jacuzzi, of course, and a sauna with a nice deep chill pool, and olive branches, etc.
I've got a rather large stage with black backdrop and professional lighting and sound for us to put on some rather fab shows.
Oh yes, and a full staff to cater to my every whim...and my guests of course.
Come in, make yourself at home. Have a bloody mary or gin and tonic, and some sushi, or whatever tickles your fancy.

And now I'm craving both sushi and dark chocolate. Though, indeed, not at the same time. I have a friend who made salmon-and-chocolate-covered-expresso-beans maki, and I'm still trying to forget the taste. E pluribus unum, baby.

Horses? Ohh...I sure hope there is someone around who can teach me how to ride...See, I've never actually gotten to ride one on my own, but I've always wanted to...The closest I've come was doing a slow crawl sitting in back of someone else for about 2 minutes...

Don't worry Spritie.
There are docile horses, and some very cute trainers.
They'll keep you in the sand ring for a bit until you find your stride.Now...if only there were a way to have a reef for diving.
And...a landing strip for the sky diving plane...and people to roll the chutes.
Yes, I want it all, but then again, it's my thread, so I can do what I want, right?

Ohh...I know, your chateau can be on it's very own island...that way, it could have a reef just outside, and it could be big enough for a landing strip...How's that?
