i thought there were poi workshops every week in bristol? counldnt any one show you, so many people have a hard time understanding writen descriptions here on the board.

Search for it...it's been talked about loads before.... 'BTB weave'
it's the same arm movement in front as behind your back....and it can take from 3 days to 3 mnts to learn....

thought I let you know about the search thing before someone got the chance to reply

you can click here >>>> BTB weave search there is a search button located at the top of the forum page, to save us re-going over the same threads again.
