my best advice is check out the poi lesson section, it's very hard to explain moves in type, it;s easier for you to watch it. but i will try:

start with a chasing the sun. both poi move in the same direction at the same time ...down in front of your face then behind your head. if you got chasing the sun then the windmill is the same movement, with your hands closer to eachother and the time of the swing is split time.

the music feeds my soul that glows and grows with every spin i take.

thas what i thought... but someone told me other wise. Now i have to go smack a bigass glowstick in their face.....
