Excellent Design
"Having tried a few different levi-sticks this one works best for me. The clear fishing line needs replacing fairly regularly due to becoming stretched (after a few hours of use it starts contracting into a tangle when not in use) however that is a minimal issue. Even though this doesn't come with a swivel or finger loop it is really easy to control. The balance is perfect and the glitter and holographic pattern is great. Having tried poi and mini-hooping it was easy to transition to using the levistick with just 10 minutes of practice!"

Mezmerising
"These balls work great for juggling and even better for poi offer a very interesting visual element and look awesome even when still. They are a good size and a little heavier than my other balls but it's not supper noticeable. They take impacts pretty well but I did hit one with a good amount of force on a table while spinning and it dimmed slightly but I'm probably the only one that can tell. The only draw backs to these balls are that because they strobe they can hurt the eyes if whached for too long (I would describe it simaler to prolonged viewing of a computer or tv screen) and that though you can get some very cool visual effects they do work much better if moved faster so they can lack somewhat if the pattern is slower. All in all they are very fun to use and very very worth the price which was the lowest of any LED balls that I could find anywhere!"

"These things are pretty sweet. The circular patterns that they make when there are glowing poi balls inside of them are sweet it makes sort of a fading effect because the black lines don't change to whatever color your poi are and the white ones do. My only concern is that they are a bit too stretchy but that should change over time whether its me getting used to them or them actually losing the stretchiness."

"I bought this to build my first poi cathedral style. The wicks were good they took a daily beating and never showed any real wear except the edge where I cut it coming lose from the folds but that was partly my own shoddy construction. Next time it will be better."

"These poi have a rich color making them visisble during the day. The UV-reactive colors work very well on a dance floor with blacklights. The balls included are smaller and heavier than tennis balls I've noticed (denser). As the socks are quite elastic this seems helpful to both beginners and experts alike. I've used this to learn to control spin speed by trying to keep length constant and beginners can always use the stretched-length to slow the speed of the poi and learn moves. Hyperloops Orbitals and bounces are very smooth but do not catch as easily. Catches and shots slip off a lot more easily from your clothing/body. Hyperloops without proper tension fall apart more easily. The elasticity really helps with isolations though! The poi are a littler shorter than desired and I'm 5'6! Nevertheless this is certainly a pair I love to practice with and perform outdoors with. On the grand spectrum of poi I'd say these are the polar opposite of fire poi."

"This is a great ball I'm having a lot of fun with it already. I just received it last week and people who saw me with my previous 75mm think this is a great improvement. Random people are also mystified much more with this ball than a standard acrylic and this ball doesn't get lost in my hands as much. It should definitely be mainly a performance ball though any serious scratches will show brightly under UV. In daylight the same scratches are virtually invisible so no worries there. Would definitely buy another!"

"Opening up my new Ultra Poi was like an early Christmas! The tails make practice more fun and remind me to keep my planes neat. The tennis ball weights are heavy enough to spin smoothly without feeling too weighty during faster moves. They are also heavy enough to give me little punishments for mistakes but are much more forgiving teachers than my Multi-color LED poi (which gave me some fair sized bruises). The colors on the rainbow version are veritably fluorescent and the tails are super long! I had to be careful not to let the tails drag through a few mud puddles but they look amazing in motion. Overall these are great set of poi to facilitate practice and to give tricks extra flare. Daytime poi practice is going to be a lot more fun from now on! Thanks H.O.P.!!!"

Great visual effects
"Being new to twirling im loving the fact i can pull the tails off to practice moves and whack em back on when i get them downpat. These poi look amazing for extensions and the tails whip through the air nicely. These have also helped me tidy up my lines and i find my twirling has definitely improved as a result of managing the tails. Fantastic on the beach or under UV The only thing i can fault these poi on is the strings tangle fairly easily and as the rings on the balls aren't very large i can't interchange these for cole cords."
