This is part move, part posture; can be used nicely with dance. Arms are lifted over the head and crossed like a crown and the move is bring them up and down from below chest to over head.

 26th Mar 2013 11:48 PM This is also called a head dress. I use it to start my basic dances. The one thing to keep in mind is when/if you uncross your hands, you need to make sure that your hands are atleast 3-5 inches away from each other. |
