I can't figure this out. I can't keep the momentum going while making that wrist motion so the Poi flops. This is harder than it looks.

It seems like in the Low Wave video she's going from butterfly to reel and back. But when she shows the back view she's just doing low reels.

Whenever I try to go behind my back I always get it on 2 spins. Not 1 what am I doing wrong?
