Okay, so I just learned this the other day so I'm a little shaky but here it goes. THE KICK START!! This is possibly the most frustrating hoop trick I've ever learned but also the most rewarding once I got it! So keep trying! Also be sure to take care of your ankles.
This move is also NECESSARY for multiple hooping. Its very difficult to start out with a bunch of hoops so here you can add more as you go
